1. Products We Offer
Our store offers two categories of products:
- Physical Products, including apparel and merchandise produced on demand and fulfilled through our trusted print-on-demand partner.
- Digital Products, including sample packs, audio files, presets, and other downloadable content intended for music production.
Different policies apply to physical and digital products where indicated below.
2. Order Fulfillment
All physical merchandise is produced on demand using a professional third-party fulfillment service. This allows us to offer premium-quality products while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping Time: Once fulfilled, delivery within the United States generally takes 2–6 business days. International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Tracking: Every physical order includes tracking information once shipped.
Digital products become available for download immediately after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise specified.
3. Shipping Policies
- Shipping Costs: Worldwide shipping is currently offered free of charge for eligible destinations.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, Russia, Belarus, the Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, or any other destination restricted by our fulfillment partner. This list may change without prior notice.
- Delivery Issues: If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the package may be returned to our fulfillment facility. Reshipping will require payment of the new shipping costs.
- Lost Packages: If your package appears lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the shipment and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately after successful payment confirmation.
- Download links are provided on the Order Confirmation page.
- Download links are also included in the Completed Order email.
- Customers are responsible for downloading and safely backing up their purchased files.
- Download links may include expiration dates or download limits for security purposes.
- If you experience technical issues downloading your purchase, please contact hello@omarg2.com and we will gladly assist you.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our refund policy differs depending on the type of product purchased.
Physical Products
- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number together with clear photographs showing the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
- Wrong Size Ordered: Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. Since every garment is produced specifically for each customer, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. If another size is required, a new order must be placed.
- Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds are not offered if you simply change your mind or no longer wish to keep the product.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales of digital products are final.
- Once payment has been completed and download access has been granted, digital products cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded.
- This policy includes all Sample Packs, Audio Packs, MIDI Packs, Presets, eBooks and any other downloadable content available in our store.
- Refunds will not be granted because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, expected different sounds or creative results, do not own compatible software, or failed to read the product description before purchasing.
- If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically defective, we will provide a replacement download or appropriate technical support.
6. Cancellations & Modifications
- Physical Products: Orders may only be canceled or modified within approximately 2 hours after purchase, provided production has not yet started. Once production begins, modifications and cancellations are no longer possible.
- Digital Products: Orders cannot be canceled after payment has been successfully processed.
7. Digital Product License
Unless otherwise specified, all digital products sold by Omar G2 Official Store are provided under a Royalty-Free License.
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files in your own music productions.
You MAY:
- Use the samples in personal music productions.
- Use the samples in commercial releases.
- Monetize songs created using the samples.
- Distribute your finished musical works.
- Perform your music live.
You MAY NOT:
- Resell or redistribute the original sample files.
- Share download links.
- Upload the files to sample-sharing websites.
- Include the original files inside another sample pack.
- Claim ownership of the original recordings.
- Create competing commercial sample libraries using our products.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership or copyright. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively owned by Omar G2 Official Store.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available through Omar G2 Official Store is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Logos and branding.
- Artwork and graphics.
- Product photographs.
- Music and audio recordings.
- Sample Packs and downloadable resources.
- Website content.
- Product descriptions.
- Digital assets.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, resale, public sharing, or commercial exploitation of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Taxes & Duties
- Applicable Taxes: Taxes are calculated automatically during checkout according to applicable regulations.
- International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges imposed by their country.
